The Digital Management School connects you with the knowledge that usually stays behind closed doors: the success factors of top managers who shaped brands such as Adidas, BMW, Thalia or Stabilo.
The three programmes
Each programme stands on its own and ends with a university certificate from Munich Business School. Together they form a career path: from AI user to responsibility at board level.

Generative AI, prompting, automation and AI agents, developed around real questions from your own work context.

What we do
You don’t learn from books here, but from people who have actually done it. The Digital Management School brings you together with top managers who have shaped brands such as Adidas, BMW or Stabilo, and who share their success factors with you. You learn flexibly, whenever and wherever you want, at your own pace.
You are accompanied personally, at eye level, with genuine interest in your progress. And our programmes don’t just make you smarter, they wake you up. With real projects, clear decisions, surprising impulses and sometimes even a touch of adrenaline. Because anyone who learns with us should not simply know more, but move more.
What all three programmes share
Regardless of the programme, this is the common core.
No tool badge and no course certificate, but a certificate from Munich Business School that holds internally and externally.
At the end you present to board members and managing directors. No polite nodding, but feedback that is clear and not embellished.
Top managers from corporations and the Mittelstand share their success factors personally, not from the textbook.
You work on real situations with incomplete data. No model solution, but options you can stand behind.
You don’t just get smarter. You become able to decide.
You don’t learn decisions from slides, but in a room with people who have already made them.

Cooperation partners
All programmes of the Digital Management School are created in cooperation with renowned institutions and organisations, first and foremost Munich Business School.
A recognised university certificate, not a tool badge or course certificate: a genuine academic qualification at leadership level.
Further cooperation partners
The most important answers before you decide.
The AI Business Manager is the professional foundation and part of both leadership programmes. If you have already completed it, you enter the Head of AI directly. The Chief AI Officer is aimed at board members and top management.
The AI Business Manager takes around 3–4 hours per week. The Head of AI adds 18 days of input over six months, the Chief AI Officer 19 attendance days over nine months. Everything else runs alongside your job.
It is a certificate from Munich Business School, a state-recognised university. Not a tool badge or a mere certificate of attendance, but a qualification that is recognised internally and externally.
The cohorts are deliberately small. We share the start date of the next group after your registration so we can manage the composition.
The Digital Management School is a programme of Innovationswerkstatt (Team Prof. Venker) GmbH in Amberg, Germany. The programmes are created in cooperation with Munich Business School and further partners.
